Change Default Map Settings

Within the map, there are several options for changing the map default settings:

1. Click on settings in the upper right hand toolbar.

2. To change the default time period for in situ sensors, select real time or historical.

3. To change the default color palette for new data layers added to the map, select among the available colors.

4. To change the default units of measurement, select English or metric.

5. To customize units by parameter, select ‘Unit Manager’.

6. To change default time zone settings, select ‘Advanced Settings’ and choose the time zone of interest under ‘Time’.
